50% deposit required to confirm booking.

Up to and including 8 days prior to the event, 50% is non refundable.

7 days to 5 days prior to the event, 75% is non refundable.

Day of event and 4 days prior to the event, 100% is non refundable.

**Note refunds are at the sole discretion of Ramen Station. Although an event may be canceled or rescheduled, Ramen Station reserves the right to consult and coordinate to allow for a cancelation or refund of any amount for any reason.
